Not much water, but lots of signal

Located in at a shopping center in Oxnard, California, the cell antennas are located below the faux water tank.

Update, the water covering has been removed, but the backhaul is still there

They are stil remaking this site, the site is rapidly changing. I will try to get photos of the compleated site
