Two Sectors - One into a hillside!

This sprint site isn't for roadway coverage. One sector (the one facing right in this photo) faces a group of homes. The sector facing left in the photo points DIRECTLY INTO A HILLSIDE! Very strange! See the accompanying photo for more details about the aiming of the left-hand sector.
