Two Sectors - One into a hillside!

As seen in the accompanying photo, the left-pointing antennas (sector) seem to provide excellent coverage for the hillside, and not much beyond it. It would be interesting to know how much power this site and antennas produce, and whether any portion of the hillside is in an RF controlled zone. The hillside, as you can see in the photo, is quite accessible to the general public.
